Good Morning. What do you love about the LW board?
It is hard to say what exactly I love about the board. Mainly the acceptance.
We have no age limit, all genders are accepted, all religions are accepted.
Everyone truly cares ( and you can feel it in their posts)
NO FIGHTING or DRAMA!
We do not act like teenagers on a band trip.
It is so amazing, if you are having a depressing day, regardless if it is weight loss related, you will get honest opinions and encouragement for everyone.
The knowledge of everything! If you dont know the answer someone will tell you I dont know but I bet ________ will, wait for them to chime in... It is so wonderful.
Next...... Love you guys

I love the positive energy and support on this forum!
I love the fact that everyone is welcome!
I love the list of upcoming surgeries and the fact that many here go to the surgery pages and wish people luck - that meant a lot to me when I had my surgery in November!

I like the LW Creed. That the board doesn't have pages and pages of posts every day (so I can actually sort of keep up and so we can truly know each other). That I don't have to feel defensive about my decision to have surgery when I was "only" 100 pounds overweight or that I'm now in a size two.

There are so many things that I love about this board. First, would be the unconditional support that is given by all posters. When I was having difficulties with eating, a couple of months ago, I really appreciated the support and advice about how to handle the situation. The suggestions really helped.
I love the fashion postings, Gina's postings to stimulate dialog, fitness challenge postings, the lack of drama on the board, Roz's menus and miles postings (gives me ideas), and how we can really empathize with each other for the journey that we have undertaken. Oh, and I love the before and after pictures. There is a general acceptance that is found on this board, that I don't find on the other forums.
I love that the veterans have stayed around to pay it forward for all the newbies. It has been so helpful and informative.

I feel like I'm home here and I just love everyone on the board. I really feel like we are all one big family and we can sort of keep up with each other.
Everyone is so supportive even in Non-WLS areas.
We all truly care about each other - I don't feel like we just say we care.
I love the fashion post and the weekly social posts to help us get to know each other better.
I love looking at the pictures.
I love the daily posts. I always read Gina's good morning posts first. I like to post my food on Roz's Menu's and Miles because it helps me to stay accountable. I see the exercise posts and it reminds me I should be doing this.
I love that we welcome everyone with all types of surgeries and that we are supportive and caring no matter what someone thinks is best for them.
I could never have gotten all the information and guidance anywhere else that I have received here.

Thhat no question is too stupid to be answered even if asked 15 thousand times before...and answer with politeness and humor. Not told to go SEARCH for the answer.
That all surgeries are accepted. No one is better than another. That newbies are as good as the vets. And have as much to offer. Just by asking a question that someone else may be scared to ask.
And that it feels like a HOME! We worry about each other but welcome new people with wide open arms.
