Tested my limits and now I know what dumping is first hand

Well, now you know!  I have not tested the limits, but I did learn I dump - on sugar alcohols! Geez, now I have to read the labels for sugar AND sugar alcohols!

I come down hard on myself when I make bad choices like that. I guess as long as I learn from my  mistakes, it will all work out in the end :)
