Found a protein drink..

 I hesitate to submit this, because my taster is so fickle, but I think I have found an acceptable protein drink. I use cold decaf coffee, two scoops of Terra's (sp?) Whey dark chocolate protein powder, and ice in a blender. Finally something not too sweet. I treated myself to a tablespoon of cool whip "lite" on top. Is that a bad thing?

Thank you all for posting your drinks. It helps me experiment.

Finding something you are happy with is so important.  You taste may continue to change so don't be afraid to try new stuff from time to time.

That's how I make mine except I keep the ice cubes whole. Love it..drinking it right now! I also make a 32oz. jug full and use 2 scoops and sip on it during the day. Cool Whip lite sounds good...it should be fine.:) I will have to try that. I thought about adding some mint to it too.Yum!
