Well, I finally figured out how to change my picture. The one I had up was from back in 2008! For some reason in my old avatar, my face was much thinner that it really is....and now that I have lost 49 lbs, this avatar comes up with my face really wide! Go figure!

Anyway, it is a much more recent picture and more like the real me!

Your picture is stretched because OH wants the picture to be a square and it will make it be a square no matter what. (Dumb OH) If you make the original be 100x100 pixels and then upload it again, it should be fine.
