Day 3 of 5DPT - How are we doing today? Progress? Achievements?
Whether you've decided to decarb or do the 5DPT...how are you doing?
I am on day 3 now and today is soft proteins...like cottage cheese, scrambled eggs, tuna, etc.
I think I will be busy out and about so maybe shakes until dinner tonight. Then some eggs or tuna...we'll see. The pouch and gut has certainly enjoyed the freedom of eating. The head is freakin out every now and then but hey....wouldn't be normal if it didn't...right? Damned head hunger...
So I am planning on 3 shakes today at least and an early dinner...not to let all that food sit in the pouch over night...that might make her angry...lol
What are your progress points? Achievements?

I'm on Day 2. This is hard, but it is all in my head. I made it through Day 1. I am excited to see if after the 4 days I have reached my goal. :)
Today, I had a protein drink for breakfast. I'll have some butternut squash soup at lunch. Another protein drink mid-afternoon. Then, probably more soup for dinner.
So far, so good.

The scale scared the Sh*t out of me today... so I'm decarbing. I did very well today. BF is working it with me, so that definitely helps.
Just have to get through the rest of night. Need to get some more fluids in - that definitely makes a difference with the head hunger and maybe another protein shake.
