Depends on the angle I pick him up at - if the head is by the mouth, the head goes first. If a leg is by the mouth, the leg goes first.

Ah, Toni. The gingerbread man is the ONLY sweet I've craved since my surgery. It's driving me NUTS not to eat one. But I know that if I do, I will wind up getting sick as a dog, which just isn't worth it to me.
But were I to get my hands on one of those little molassesy bundles of joy, I would start with the legs, then the arms, then the head, then the middle.
