Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.

Going for my bloodwork this morning. DH is taking me because last time I got a little nauseated.....It's my 2 year labs so Probably 11 tubes this time.

Well, day 4 of 5DPT and I ended up staying around 1000 calories yesterday with protein shakes for snacks and soup for lunch and small chili for dinner. I don't like tallying calories for items like that because it all varies depending on the serving size, who makes it, etc. Oh well...the pouch was appreciative of some protein other than shakes.
The scale is down and reading the same. *sigh* BUT I noticed that the head hunger is subsided a bit more as well as the desire to grab some carbs...soooo success. Today, back to basics on protein...so, not planning anything but the day will look something like this...

Water: will work on my goal of 96oz - only made 64 oz...

Got horse feed for the storm coming in. I'm tired of being cold already and winter just started. But we are past the shortest day of the year so at least the days will be getting longer.
Hubby mixed up the coffee/decaf today so I ended up with 2 cups of coffee instead of decaf. I expected to be jumping out of my skin but have been fine. Back to decaf tomorrow.
