Non Chewables = Gas?
Anyone else get this. Just ordered chewable from Vitalady. I guess I better stick to what works.

So I buy some bars that are not really aimed at WLS patients and those are pretty good. For one thing, they have actual sugar in them instead of sugar alcohols. (So they'd kill you if you dump.) They aren't too sweet either.
But anything with more than 10 grams of protein tends to taste a little "weird" IME. So it's kind of a balance between having enough protein vs. having too much sugar. A lot of the bar manufacturers don't get it right. (By right I mean "the way I want it. )
I keep saying I need to make my own but I just never get around to it.
