The Semester from Hell is Over

Welcome back!  I've been waiting to see you come around again now that most semesters are ending for the holidays.  I'm sorry it turned into such a bear.  It sounds like you learned some good lessons about what's a reasonable work load.  Let us know how your checkup going tomorrow!

My appointment went well and I faced some of the issues that have held up my progress. We talked a lot about how deeply psychological this process is for me and what is important is that I continue to move forward and make progress.

I've lost 60 lbs so far. Got rid of my co-morbidities, but the most important progress for me has been psychological. I met my inner sabatour recently and now that I acknowledge him I am moving forward successfully again.

Wow - sounds like you're learning such an important lesson yourself (that I think many of us struggle with) - your own limits!

Celebrate that which you can do, which is so much, and in a new and improved way!

It will be. Plus, I don't have to work with two people that were driving me crazy anymore.
