The Semester from Hell is Over

Oh Andrea, so glad you have a break.  Even when a semester is horrible, it has an end.  Glad yours is over.  My daughter is a college professor and she assures me that although she may not be teaching, the job is never over.  Enjoy your break and have a great Christmas.

Your daughter is absolutely correct. It is never over, but it is very rewarding.

 Hi Andrea  !!  I think its Endemic  this tendency to push  our limits by taking on too much early out in our recovery ...  

Are we trying to make up for lost productive years or low self esteem or both  lol? ! 

In any case we quickly  realize it doesnt work  .....

I think you are absolutely right. I do think in my case it was due to low self esteem. I'm glad I went through what I did because things had to get really bad for me to face this head on. I'm feeling much better and the circles under my eyes are going away.

I am curious: Did you find Andrea? I hope you have more time for yourself next year.

You know I did find Andrea, but it's been a very long process and it was essential to my recovery from obesity.  My most important discovery happened just last week. So it's a process.

I am definately going to have more time for  myself next year.
