Cindy,  I am so Excited for you!!!   I know it started out a little rough with your insurance and switching doctors but you over came all of those obsticles and Now you are at Goal...that's so Awesome!! 

PS:  I am so jealous of your Gold Apple!!!!!

 Congrats Cindy...you must feel wonderful.....I think the psych aspect will be a whole new journey and will take time..but in the meantime go out and get yourself something wonderful to wear and

OM Gosh Cindy-  Congrats a hundred times over.  You give me inspiration that this will finally be the time that I loss this weight and keep it off.  It is funny how are minds don't see reality sometimes.  I am always shocked by pictures or what I see in the Mirror I hope that as I lose weight the two will finally match.  Congrats again.  :-)  Sharon

 Thanks for the inspiration and honesty. Need both on this journey. Reaching goal is wonderful. Getting to be accepting is another part that helps you truly appreciate how far you have come!!!!
