Hi Roz,
I have to go into work in the morning for a couple of hours because I didn't get finished with everything I needed to do this week. 

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy navel protein drink
L:  5 ozs sirloin steak, side salad w/ olive vineg dressing
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Steamed fish(teriyaki orange) 1/4 cup green beans

Vitamins:  Done
Water:  120 ozs.
Miles:  Walked around the mall this morning
