Chicken noodle soup (not something I normally have for breakfast but it was really good)
L-Left over beef strew 5ounces of beef--28 g protein
1 tablespoon sour cream
D-spegetti and salad- I guess 14g protein
S-I will make an honest effort to make a protein drink of water, cocoa powder, splenda and vinilla protein. 22g and whole wheat english muffin with peanutbutter
that is an estimated 80 g protein.
I always take all my vitamins
I am pretty good about my fluids

I'm trying to decarb here - the scale was very scarey this morning...

D - roast beef (from crock pot- yummy)

been missing in action lately. stayed a few days longer at DD's house than expected. When I got home this past Sat.I came home with what I thought was gonna be a sinus infection. All three DGS's had runny noses,cough,one was throwing up,etc etc.
I think I had what ever virus they had causing the runny noses as full sinus infection symptoms have gone away.
So,home noe and going back to there house on Fri for Christmas weekend and my birthday is sunday so the boys have a party planned ffor Noni!
We can't wait! Hope all of your holidays are merry and bright!
