DH is out finishing the last of the gift shopping for us!  (Sometimes it's good to have a man who likes to shop-- I just hope it's going ok as he's watching the neighbors kid along with ours-but I made a deal with the girls, there is a little surprise for them if Dad reports a great day with them!)

Today's meal plan:
coffee...
B:  egg sandwich  (18g)
S:  oatmean (1/4c with fruit) (3g)
L:  chicken chopped salad (18g)
S:  small apple with pbutter  (13g)
D:  soup & 1/2 turkey sandwich (20g)
S:  Holiday Carolling Party-  with snacks-- I hope to make smart choices.
S:  Warm Mint-Chocolate protein shake  (30)

Protein target:  102g
Vitamins - on track
water- on track

My DH hates to shop and if I asked him to shop and watch 2 girls I'd be heading for divorce court...LOL.

Sounds like a good menu today and I'm sure you will make good choices tonight...have fun!

Again I am making cookies for my son, I am really bad with cookies. Funny thing is I don't crave sugar like I used to, but I seem to eat a lot of it. I usually bake with splenda/sugar mix but these are fully leaded cookies.

B-Whole wheat english muffin-6g protein
     light scape of butter on muffins
     Chicken noodle soup (not something I normally have for breakfast but it was really good)
L-Left over beef strew 5ounces of beef--28 g protein
   1 tablespoon sour cream
D-spegetti and salad- I guess 14g protein
S-I will make an honest effort to make a protein drink of water, cocoa powder, splenda and vinilla protein. 22g and whole wheat english muffin with peanutbutter
that is an estimated 80 g protein.
I always take all my vitamins
I am pretty good about my fluids

Sugar is a weakness for me so I didn't do any baking for the holidays.   I learned my lesson while I was making cookies for my nephews wedding.  I just can't control myself.

Hi Roz!  BF likes to shop... its so nice he wants to go with me!  My shopping is DONE - I even gave him 2 of his presents today - I bought him one with his shoulder sling in mind - its a goose down vest.  He tends to run hot and I have a hard time getting him to put a coat on as it is - he loves it!  The other was a long sleeve shirt to wear under it... had a pic of his dog embroidered on it - he loved it too!  We went and looked at a condo today... still discussing that venture.

I'm trying to decarb here - the scale was very scarey this morning...

Hello all,
been missing in action lately. stayed a few days longer at DD's house than expected. When I got home this past Sat.I came home with what I thought was gonna be a sinus infection. All three DGS's had runny noses,cough,one was throwing up,etc etc.

I think I had what ever virus they had causing the runny noses as full sinus infection symptoms have gone away.

So,home noe and going back to there house on Fri for Christmas weekend and my birthday is sunday so the boys have a party planned ffor Noni!

We can't wait! Hope all of your holidays are merry and bright!

B Teras whey choc with 1/2 almond milk and 1/2 coconut milk ( I really don't like the coconut milk but wanted to drink it up and not waste it so I can do it this way)

L beef italian sausage in marinara sauce

S two boiled eggs

D roasted chicken in the crockpot (was just like a wonder roast chicken),white beans

S cottage chese and fresh blueberries
 S protein shake as above
