Last Day of Work this week...YEAH!!!    Worked on wrapping last night and then headed for Toys R Us this morning before work  to grab a last minute gift.  My DH says I won't finish until the stores close on Christmas Eve....LOL.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.

I am not getting in any moles today sue to my knee, but the menu goes like this

Vits- done
Breakfast -1/2 cup of coffee (no protein)
Atkins protein shake 15 g

Lunch- Tuna 13 g protein
Snack- cheese stick 10 g
Dinner ???? Not too sure yet
Snack- greek yogurt 15 g

 3 protein teas ( one scoop in each) 

leftover  turkish white pizza on whole wheat  thin turkish flatbread  w chicken  n eggplant 

im working away HARD  and making OA meetings and amazed that im dealing  gracefully with all  this pressure and NOT EATING   or blowing up at anybody including myself....

Recovery is AWESOME !!! 

I can really SEE  and observe the improvement in my attitude and ability to cope  almost every WEEK  as I write my steps ....  food addiction was about so much morethan just medicating with excess food  .. I  was immature  , my coping skills were  juvenile ,  I  tended to blame others around me  and be a difficult  demanding moody boss...

Im so glad im  more organized . more efficient .more deserving   of both my own  and others respect ...and  more respectful and  understanding  of them too ... 

My house is slowly getting truly organized and de- cluttered (  despite all these sudden trips to hot climates not  making it easy -  sometimes i feel i practically live out of a suitcase .... poor me  

I am  working  steadily on getting the mortgae together forthe new home ... PLEASE  swing those lizards for us  ...

DH is off for 10 days starting tomorrow too! I'm done shopping and done wrapping. I have to go get some groceries tomorrow for stuff I'm making for the get togethers, but that's all.

    carrots & celery w/hummus

Water: 80oz so far, Vitamins: Done
Exercise: ran 6 miles, crunches, push-ups, plank, new butt exercises

Yay...last workday!!! I won't finish either until Christmas eve...it's in my nature...my dna to be last minute baby....lol

I'm on day 3 of the 5dpt. So far I am doing great and the detox is noticeable. My pouch and gut appear to be very appreciative of the process. I know that I have been keeping my calories under 1000 for sure and the protein over 100g so that is nice. 

Today is soft protein ~ cottage cheese, tuna, scrambled eggs, etc. 

Although I think I will do shakes until tonight and have some tuna or something.

ps - the scale is back to 132.6....I'd sure like to see it go down some more :)

Started pureed food and vitamins today, so far so good everything going down and staying down just fine. Took it pretty easy today didn't want to pu**** to early.
