Went out to eat last night

My trick is to take 2 chitosan (  a fat absorber )  before eating anyone elses cooking PARTICULARLY  fattening oil and grease laden restaurant or catered food ...

then ofcourse i stillmake " apparently "  lowfat choices ...

the chitosan  absorbs  about 30%  ofthe fat  maximum  but it HELPS   me not to wear it the  next day .  And truth be told all that fat isnt good for U either ...

Sounds like you made good choices Price.  I used to eat out almost every meal, but rarely do it now just because it is so hard to count and know what is really in the food. 

I usually try to get a meat and a salad or split something with someone.  I like the idea of having a bite of different things.
