Skin....ARGHHHHH
Hang in there! A couple of months ago (at the same weight range) I had droopy, wrinkly, saggy skin all over the place. I was trying desparately to figure out how to finance plastics. I couldn't swing it, so I had to just wait. Now, there are a few things I'd like to have tweaked when able, but my appearance has changed drastically. My arms no longer need lifting at all, my thighs and butt have improved a ton, and my belly skin is so much less. My poor boobs will never be the same, but they look great in Victoria's Secret! I'm hoping things will shrink up more as time goes on. I have read that if you moisturize faithfully it helps. I do.
Hi Lori- I am 8 months out, down total of 92, age 54.. Belly, chin, neck and breasts starting to rebound some, thighs are atrocious and not looking to improve. The thing is , when I had the weight on they looked bad too, so it's not like I need to get back into my fave hot pants or anything. Hubby is supportive and does not ever criticize. No plastics in my future, the point is health and being active with my Grandkids. Agree that moisturizing will help, and self-tanners minimize the appearance of sag. Best wishes! Jenny
Hi, Lori, and yes, I got almost everything covered.
Documentation, documentation, documentation. Rashes, scarring under skin folds, unable to sit in clothing because the skin "stuck" together and pulled when I sat. But the big thing, for me, was a torn/pulled chest wall muscle that required a BR/BL/brachioplasty to keep from being pulled/torn again and again. Seriously, that hurt enough that I would not wi**** on anyone.
But having said all that, I'm 55. Some of my skin DID rebound. But after yo-yo dieting over 100 pounds multiple times, there was no way for it all to go away unless we cut it out. So we did.

Thanks all for the comments...they help!
Agreed I do not get back into my hotpants at my age (that made me laugh!!!!)...I guess I have to just get used to what is and leave it alone. I am glad to hear that the skin may improve a tiny bit with time.
I have not thought about tanning or selftanners....I will try that.
Mini Me suggested sun, sand and sal****er...I asked my hubbie to take me on a carribean cruse...he said NO!!! (big meanie)
