Had my first "I wanna eat everything not tied down" day
Not sure what was going on yesterday. I am thinking it might have had to do with the lazy day on the couch, snowing outside, not wanting to venture out., sucked into the TV.
I wanted to eat everything not tied down. It was head hunger, not physical hunger. I bought these amazing clementines and just started eating fruit this weekend. I could not get enough of them. Thankfully they only have the 25 calories in them.
My other problem was not focusing on protein to keep me full. When I calculated my calories they were only around 900 so it wasn't really that bad. It just felt as if I was eating all day.
So, tonight its back to work, back to protein, back to set meal times, but it was scary to see this behavior in myself again. I have to nip it in the bud and find other coping skills when I am bored.

It might not have been how you wanted it, but if you didn't go over 900 calories, you couldn't have done too bad. Plus there are a whole lot worse things than clementines to snack on. So today is another day and you see the issues and can fix them. You go girl.

I hate those days! I have them every couple of weeks. Sometimes I cave, sometimes I don't. I try to think about how hard I would have to work out to burn all of those calories, or any number of head games to not eat the junk. I am a very routine person and it always happens when my schedule gets messed up or I am really bored.

The head hunger never stops . This is one issue they really dont tell U about ..well maybe honestly because as normal sized normal appetited peopl e maybe they just dont KNOW .

what do I do when she whispers in my ear ? I amke an OA meeting a day to keep her at bay ...I exercise .... and i come here and account my food and miles ....

That happens to me when I ovulate. Apparently we burn more calories then so that is probably why. But I crave carby stuff then and that isn't such a good idea.
