Never thought I would say this....
But I am ready to stay at the same weight. I thought I found my "weight" and now I am down more.
I stayed between 120-123 for quite a while. I am now down to 115.5 this am. I don't think I am doing anything different.
I will be a year our Jan 9th. I am looking REALLY thin. I am 5'2. Small boned, which is all good. I am not looking forward to seeing relatives this Christmas at all.....I was thinking the remarks would be done, but If I can tell a difference they will be able to, too. It was bad when they saw my 10 pounds heavier!
I had the flu one day, but the scale didn't move except for 1 lb. I did really well keeping fluids in me. I did break down and get a flu, shot...not sure if that is why I had the symptoms I did or not...but at least it wasn't super bad. And I was able to keep from vomiting, it's my worse fear with my new tummy.
Any ideas to hold my new weight....or even to gain a few pounds I would be happy....I tried on size 4 jeans yesterday, that were to big...that is a strange concept for me! I just don't want to go any smaller....

Lou.....I wouldn't stress the loss. You should discuss your concerns with your surgeon at you 1 year follow up. They will have answers for you then.....I would contact though if you continue to lose at a high rate before then. As far as your family is concerned just tell them you are discussing it with your surgeon at your one year follow up and he will get you on track to maintenace! That is all they really need to know....
.....Good luck!
.....Good luck!

I am struggling with maintaining my weight right now. Last week I was down to 93 pounds. So I have been eating like a horse (because I refuse to give up my hard core workouts). I'm back up a couple, but have been busy all day today and am behind on my intake again. I'm also very thin and am dreading comments on Christmas. I'm in a size 0 or 00 and they aren't tight. So let me know what you find out because I'm in the same boat. I emailed my NUT and she told me to eat 1200-1400 calories a day. HA! I lost 7 pounds last week eating that much.
