Have you tried the True North Almond Pecan Cashews clusters?  They are so GOOD!!!

Awesome Menu!!!

I'm going to force myself to get my blood work done on Thursday.  Last time I got so nauseated after wards so DH is going with me.

I haven't tried any clusters lately. I'll look for them. I made some roasted cinnamon almonds using Truvia sweetener and they're pretty good. They don't have the crystal sugar coating like they would using real sugar but they taste good. 

Try to get real hydrated this week and take a shake with you to the lab so you can have it as soon as they're done pulling your blood. Peanut butter crackers might not be a bad idea either. Good luck!

Happy Christmas Week!
Tomorrow is wear your "ugly" Christmas sweater/shirt/jewelry-whatever day at work... should be interesting!

Today's plan:
B:  egg sandwich - (18g)
S:  clementine
L:   1/2 c chopped salad and 3 oz smoked turkey (25g)
S:  greek yogurt (15g)  
S:   small apple & cheese stick (7g)
D:  Steamed veggies and smoked turkey (25g) and cottage cheese (13g)

Protein target:  103g
Vitamins: on track
Water: on track

I have a ticker- but its been stuck on the same # for months... even when I update it.. something I'm doing wrong in updating... And it's random what days' it shows up!     In addtion...I' can't get any pictures to upload... but I'm working on the slowest computer in the US at home and locked from fun features at work...
I ended up wearing the Xmas sweater my daughter picked out for me at Walmart... I spent about 30 minutes with a razor trying to remove all the little fuzz-balls that appeared after it was washed the first time...   ugly enough for me as I usually wear plain, plain, plain clothes! LOL

this has been a crazy eating day.  Breakfast and protein drinks were good and I got in my protein no matter what.  But had a lunch meeting where they served pizza and I had the toppings off 2 pieces, how on earth do you count that?  Then supper was out and I had a bite of bread crust, 2 tiny bites from appitizers and desert, a few pieces of lettuce, 1/4 of my chicken and about 2 T of potatoes.  Again, no way to figure a count but I have enough left overs for at least 3 meals.  It was all very good but I was very content eating what I did and felt very good about the experience. 
Anyway, I did go to curves and so I worked away some of it.
