Menus and Miles Monday Dec. 20th
I enjoyed being a stay at home Grandma for about a year and then I was antsy to get back to work. My DGD and I used to loooooong naps in the afternoon. I do miss the cuddling. Every once in awhile she'll let me cuddle her but they are far between. She is starting to Hug a lot more though. I keep telling her what a good hugger she is and it seems to be working.

I have been posting as my life has kidnapped me and I had lost my mind! Hubbins left for Korea, no $ for Christmas, just not feeling it.

2-1/2 oh yeah bar
3-4 bacon wrapped shrimp
4-will be a protein drink
5-leftover brined pork chop and roasted butternut squash, about 1/2 a chop and 1/3c of squash
6-protein drink
snacks-grapes, nuts (I had been living on this for the last few weeks)
Water-30 oz so far+12oz, know I need at least 70 more oz.

Gottcha! Every Dr. is different. Mine had me start as soon as I got home but believe me it was a hard thing for me to do. I could barely drink but it looks like drinking isn't that much of a challenge for you....Awesome!

i hope you're well. life has been crazy (in a good way) with work and holiday engagements. my eating has been off track as a result but i'm hanging on and looking forward to a return to normalcy after the holidays.

s: atkins granola bar
