Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

S:   5 True North Nut Clusters....WOW these are Good!!!
S:   Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea  23g
S:   Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea  with a little Crystal Lite Lemonade 23g
D:   3" hoagie with turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mayo
S:   3 homemade potatoe chips

Good morning Roz! I hope you had a good weekend, if I have time today I am going to catch up on the board, I didn't even check my email all weekend long. I'm trying to find the balance of maintenance, I dipped down to 93 pounds last week.

B: 2 protein coffees
S: 2 protein decaf
L: swai filet, celery, cauliflower
S: carrots, hummus
D: soup, 1/2 sandwich
S: yogurt, popcorn

Cal: 1113, Fat: 21, Carb: 99, Prot: 131 (Need to add some stuff)
Water: 80oz so far, Vitamins: Done
Exercise: 75minutes treadmill, push-ups, crunches

Hi Shannon,

I'm hoping to catch up a little tonight.  If you are eating and getting all of you Protein in maybe that's where your body wants to be right now.  Do you feel comfortable at that weight?

Hi Roz and Lw's...hope everyone had a great weekend. Weather here is absolutely crazy and cold...winter is here for sure!

I have decided to do the 5 day pouch test (5 DPT) and am on full liquids today. My day should look something like this...Day 1 full liquids...

B - coffee
S - Pure protein drink (35g & 150 cal)
L - Can of cream of chicken soup (5g & 175 cal)
S - Pure protein drink (35g &150 cal)
S - sugar free pudding (1g & 60 cal)
D - protein drink (24g & 114 cal)
S - protein drink (24g & 114 cal)

Protein: 128g
Calories: 763

Vits: morning & afternoon batch done
Water: will drink 96oz + today....20oz down gots catching up to do
Miles: shopping, chores, etc

I am looking forward to the cleansing process....bring it on...whoo hoo. :)

I made it through the day with no problem and i can see where I "mindless" snack based on my routine. Interesting that it truly is a new habit built in...

At least I have met my protein goals...lol

YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!  Not getting my gold apple (even for a day) is my biggest regret. 

I hit 97 pounds lost and the thought of going down so low (103) scared the crap out of me because I didn't know how l low I might go.  Everyone kept telling me I didn't look good and I could tell I didn't really feel good when I was at the 106 mark. I should have chanced it just to get the apple but I was WLS stupid at the time.    I was also scared to lose and then try to gain back for fear I would gain to much.

I CAN'T WAIT TO CELEBRATE WITH YOU!!!!!!

Hi Roz and everyone.

Thinking about taking a nap while DGD#1 is napping.  It was so nice not to have to go to work today.  I think I could be a really good retired grandma!!
