8 Month Surgiversary - Long

Not to much has changed this month as you can see by the stats below.  Although, I've received more comments this month about losing.  My body shape re-arranged a little this month which is weird, because I totally fell off the exercise wagon.  I will definitely get back on after Christmas.  I also learned this month that I can still put away the chocolate.  Which sucks and also contributed to the small loss. After 8 months I still have great restriction!  I learned last night that I still can't eat even one bite of bread soaked in gravy without voiding it if you know what I mean. and this morning I gulped down some water and paid for that in a major way as well.  I think that was because I had an empty stomach because I can usually drink fairly normally even gulping.  I think the holiday's have given me an excuse to "test" my sleeve if you will.  I've learned that there are still trigger foods that go down way to easy (chocolate) and don't make me sick.  But I still have the restriction I need if I use it correctly and eat protein.  I'm 8lbs away from my surgeons "would you be happy" (which I am) goal which is on my ticker.  But I've known for awhile that I was going to change it to 130 to get to a normal BMI.  I haven't taken any new pictures, but will post some I already had.  Let me just say this board is invaluable to me and I love my sleeve!!!!!!!!

Vera, you look wonderful and I have no doubt you will get to goal.  I'm dreading the slow down but I know it happens.  The good thing is that you look great while you wait to reach it.
