slow weight loss
I'm the "poster child" for slow losers......I tend to stay the same for about three weeks of the month and then the 4th week of the month I'll lose anywhere from 5-10 pounds. It's frustrating if you are a daily weigher like me, but the results are the same.....I'll losing 5-10 pounds a month which is considered "normal"for my weight/surgery!
We'll make it!
We'll make it!
I lost the same way.......that's why I stopped weighing daily and went to weekly weigh ins....It was far to depressing to see the scale stay the same for weeks on end......lol But I am happy where I am at now......I'd like to get to 140 but I don't really care if that happens......I look great in my clothes...and I feel great!

I was a very slow loser and had a lot of stalls. One at 3 mos and a big one at 6. Had myself convinced that I would never lose it all. 18 months later, however, I am 10 below my goal and I still lose a little now and then. No two people are the same. If you are doing what you are supposed to be doing, let your body figure it out. If not, reevaluate your diet and exercise.
I know it is frustrating to see the scale slow, but you are not done with your journey. I think some of us just lose slower than others.
Punchynerd quoted her NUT that if we consistently lost 3 pounds a week for a year, you would be way below your goal and that these stalls help keep us safe from getting too thin.
Hang in there!
