Welcome back Pam!  I would definitely insist on some type of compensation with that type of time commitment.  If you feel guilty asking for money how about Plastics???.......Is there anything you would like to get fixed?  Maybe you can sell it as an opportunity for you to put your "best foot forward"  for the hospital of course.......LOL

 Yes!  Tummy tuck for sure...possibly a lower body lift?  Seriously that's what I am screaming :)
