My ps quoted me $5600 for tummy tuck with muscle repair...but insurance may pay for panni and I will pay the difference

My breast lift was covered by insurance

I had a BR in '03 so I don't need the lift but I do need implants.  They are perky but flat!

I had no idea I could do the panni, have it covered by insurance and then pay the remainder for the muscle repair!  Thats awesome.  Keep in mind that I got those quotes right off of their website so I have not had a consultation yet and the figures could be different.

Thanks ladies!

I'm in Houston, and I had lower body lift (which is much more extensive than abdominoplasty), breast lift, and saline augmentation all at once with a very good popular surgeon, Dr. LoMonaco, and it was about $25,000 total for everything including 2 nights hospital. If lipo had been needed, it would have been added in for free. I think the surgeon portion was about $17, 000.  I think your list is a little pricey unless it includes estimated hospital and anethesiologist or unless he gives you a price break for doing more than one procedure at a time. Mine would have been a little more expensive if I had financed through his office instead of my own bank. I do think it is more important to get a great doctor than to find a price deal. You might even look into going out of town for a surgeon. You may not save money, but your selection of doctors would be good. I was very lucky in that I could choose from many very good surgeons locally.
