I'm in Texas.  The quotes that my surgeon gave me are below.  They were based on what he would be doing to my body.  Everyone's price is going to differ according to what work you will be doing and the extent of the difficulty etc.

Breast lift w/ silicone implants $8000 total
Tummy Tuck w/ muscle repair $6000 total
Lipo $2500

Hope this helps!

If I had a lot of money and I wanted to do plastic surgery I would go out of country. I have heard that Brazil has some of the best plastic surgeons and the cost is a great deal less then the US. I know several WLS patients that went and are very happy with the results.

Welll.......  I'm having a BA/BL in January, and my total cost is $8000.  I've also had a quote of $11,000 for the same procedure...

My tummy tuck was covered by insurance and my "upgrade" for the vertical with muscle tightening cost me $1000....  and he threw in a little lipo.

Now - if I want the rest of the LBL, whi*****ludes a small thigh lift, it will be $11,000.... including lipo.

You should have a package price for the Breast Lift/augmentation.  Since they only have to go in once, it should be cheaper, and with only 1 surgeons fees instead of 2.

The way it was put to me was, "decide what is bothering you the most and get that part done...".  Also - see if the Dr will do more than 1 procedure at a time, and it should cost you less.  My Dr won't put me under for more than 6 hours, so he won't do the BL/BA and LBL at the same time - but the Dr I had quoted to me up here would....

Happy shopping!  It can be SO overwhelming and confusing.  If I can help you in any way, let me know.

LadyTazz and Shammy....  regarding the "out of the country"...

I actually had an appointment with Dr Sauceda in Monterrey Mexico that was scheduled for a year ago.  I was going to get a LBL, BL/BA and tummy tuck.  The entire cost was going to be $8500. (times I wish I'd just gone ahead and did it)

I had sent him pics, we emailed, etc.  I then decided that since insurance was going to pay for the tt, to go ahead and get it done here.  I asked him how much without the TT, he said $6500.

The only reason I've decided NOT to go now is because of the unrest in Mexico, but I've read a lot about people having LBL problems... and I decided it was worth the money and peace of mind to have it done here in case of complications (even though the Dr I use is 4 hours away)

I'm not trying to talk anyone out of going overseas, but that's just my take on it.  There are still times when I think about just "going and getting it all done at once" and much cheaper...

Something else to think about are revisions.  I had a revision to my TT scar... its a possibility that it may need to be done...

Just a tad bit of info for you.  Hop on over the the plastic surgery board.  Dr. Lomonaco gives great advice about BL/BA procedures.  He's in Houston Texas and does reconstructive plastic surgery after WLS.  He's been featured on Big Medicine that used to come on TLC.

New studies show that after massive weight loss it's best not to combine a breast lift and implant at the same time.  Do the lift first wait 3 months then the do implant.  Studies show that doing them at the same time can cause "bottoming out" with in 1 year.

I'm doing my lift first waiting the recommended 3 months then doing the implant.

I have my pre surgery consult on the 29th - I'm going to ask him about this....  he works primarily on WLS patients... this is interesting - I've read this a bit on the PS board too.

Jody, I think it depends on how "long" your breasts are.  I just had a lift by Dr. LoMonaco and he would have given me implants at the same time if I'd wanted them...I didn't.  It really depends on how much sagging you have to start with.

Laura, Yes Dr. LoMonaco will glady say it depends on how much sagging you have.  Most WLS post-ops have more sagging than that of a non-WLS post-op.  He's said that it's more a case by case basis.

Yeah, I learned the hard way.  Had the implants first.  Couldn't afford the lift and after my weight gain they are a saggy mess.  I wish I had the money to have them removed and have my breasts lifted.  Big boobs don't look good on me.  It makes me look fatter then I am.
