Howdy Roz...I cannot believe that Christmas is right around the corner. My year has been a blur and I feel like I'm barely holding on as it goes by so fast...I want a redo...Just kidding...lol 2011 is going to be awesome! Darned it...

Today is my 1 yr surgiversary and our holiday pot luck...I am not going to track anything today...

I tasted quiche and a hashbrown casserole. Had a piece of bacon and 2 little smokies.  Oh yeah and I had some fruit. That's it so far and I cannot even think about getting anything else...sooooo full. I don't feel hunger but I sure as hell know when I am full...lol

Have a great day and tomorrow I'll track again...

HAPPY SURGIVERSARY!!!!  You have done a remarkable job this year!!!   I'm sure you are going to make really good choices at your holiday party. 

Every year seems to be turning into a blur. For me the years going fast means I'm getting closer to 60 and that's kind of scary.  I'm just so glad I'm healthier now.

I don't feel much hunger either but you are right I can definitely tell when I'm full.  If I do feel any hunger it usually means I need a protein drink (at least that's what I tell my tummy)

Was totally flabergasted yesterday when I realized Christmas is NEXT WEEK and we still have so much to do!

Oh well..... somehow it will all happen.

Today's plan:
B:  egg sandwich (18g)
L:  Chicken breast /tomato/cheese/pickle (23g)
     1/2 c butternut squash (felt soo good on sore throat!)
S:  apple/ cheese stick (7g)
S:  greek yogurt (15g)
D:  chopsteak, steamed broccoli & cauliflour (25g)
S:   greek yogurt (15g)

Protein target:   103g
Vitamins on track
Water a bit behind... must focus!

I have to get one more thing for DH tomorrow, then I am officially done! I have to do all the wrapping on Sunday (YUCK). I had a great menu planned, but am waaaaay behind schedule, so there is no way I will get it all in. I ran errands all day. The scale hit an all time low of 95 today, so the super low calories are not good. I'm drinking an extra shake right now to try to get some more in. I'm sure the weekend of cookie baking and Christmas parties will have me back in my comfortable range.

L-steak omelet with peppers and cheese (ate out) about 2 oz and about 1 oz watermelon
S-fruit punch protein drink
D-3 oz prime rib 1 oz watermelon (leftover from my daughter's lunch)
S-protein hot chocolate
