S - NutThins crackers and a wedge of cheese
L - 3 slices of bacon & a cheesy egg
S - a couple of protein chai teas (30g)
S - snack-size popcorn
D - 1/2 chicken thigh and a couple bites of rice
S - cheese cake

As soon as I ready "NSA" I thought...didn't she dump. You don't dump at all? WOW...Boy I'm glad I do because I need something to control my urges for sweets. Some things only make me a little shaky but it's enough to stop me at 1 piece most of the time. I even dump on sugar alcohols.
