So there is going to be a work Christmas party on the 20th. It's a call center of over 30 people. Everyone is bringing something and so far nothing I'm able to eat. What can you guys suggest for me to bring in that is healthy, tasty, easy to make and transport and that we ALL can enjoy, including me??

Thanks!!

Here are a couple of ideas (stuff I take to get-togethers):

veggie tray with hummus or greek yogurt dip
shrimp
cheese tray w/whole grain, low carb crackers

if you are thinking main di****ems:

shredded chicken or pork in the crock pot with light bbq sauce
turkey meatballs with sauce
low carb tortillas with meat, spinach, ff cheese (make little pinwheels)

Shrimp ****tail is always good.  I plan on bringing it to a party, assembled as follows:

Take a styrofoam cone and cover with lettuce.  You can probably even staple the lettuce on if you want, or skip it entirely.  With a toothpick, place shrimp all over the cone individually then do the same with cherry or grape tomatoes including one on top.  Add some fresh parsley here and there for additional color.

Cheese and cracker tray or a coldcut tray, maybe?

If you have a sweet tooth and think those things may be an issue for you, maybe a sugar free desert.  I did a SF pumpkin cheesecake and a chocolate trifle for parties and everyone liked both of them.

how about a tuna macaroni salad with the Barilla Plus elbows (10g of protein per serving just with the pasta) and with tuna (more protein), mayo, balsamic vinager, and chopped onion celery and carrots, and then a bit of salt and pepper!  This is a FAVORITE of mine and typically a summer picnic dish but works for pot luck as well.  Totally yummy, one box will make enough as with pot luck people take usually 1/3 of a serving or less.

I am hoping to feel better on foods again soon as this is one I LOVE!
