Won't you be my angel? VSG 12/28/10

Hi, my name is Amy.  I'm starting my 2 week pre-op diet tomorrow ( liquid diet with one lean/green meal a day)   I think it would be awesome to have someone to talk me through this :-)
I'm 44, 5'4, 226 today (pre-surgery goal is 220, long term goal is 140)   I'm in Dallas, self-pay and Dr Nicholson is my surgeon .
