Fitness Challenge - December 14
Good morning LW's...
As with other parts of the country...mother nature decided to throw a spitting temper tantrum. I don't mind rain but really don't like sideways blistering smacking cold rain going 30+mph with higher gusts....If i wanted to know what it was like driving around tornados and hurricanes, I would be a storm chaser...yah...okee...all done with that now...lol
Fitness today?? Hhhhmm, besides working my arse off trying to get as much done before my long vacay time off...I will attempt to go to the gym tonight for cardio only. Depends if that sideways rain is still around. If it is...I may rebel and just stay home. Ooh, maybe I can do the Wii fit...yah...plan B.

I have started a new routine to try for awhile. I am alternating cardio one day, weights the next. I have to make myself do more strength training, but I hate it lol. I'm just a runner.
So today was weights.
I did 30 minutes of walking on an incline on the treadmill, then my whole weight routine. Tomorrow will be a long run.

Nothing - I'm getting "wide ass syndrome" from sitting so much....
I'd love to go to zumba tonight, but BF will be at my place... and I won't see him again until Friday... maybe I'll go anyway and tell him to go Christmas shopping or something... its only an hour!

20 degrees with 20MPH wind...2 - 15 minute walks and 40 push-ups so far. Somebody thaw me out!

The weather sounds chronic! We had a tornado in Oregon today....so weird and not very common!
I plan to run tonight or to get on my elliptical. Not sure which. I will update after I get it done (for accountability!).
UPDATE: Put in 1 hour on the elliptical. Says I burned 1000 calories. Not so sure about that.
