Menus and Miles Tuesday Dec. 14th
Morning!! I got my Protein and SF Syrup order yesterday...I'm in Heaven!!! The Syntrax (Matrix) Mint Cookie is wonderful! So much cheaper than the Syntha 6 Mint that I bought previously and without all of the Carbs...YEAH! I bought DaVinci SF Syrups in: German Chocolate Cake, Toasted Marshmallow, Gingerbread, and of course my regulars, Cinnamon and Peppermint Paddy. My counter is starting to look like Starbucks...LOL

Good Morning Roz! I've been so insanely busy, sorry I've been gone. I'm officially done with the semester, but I'm working ahead for the mini-mester class over Christmas break! The flu ran through the house, then we have been so busy with appointments, etc. I've stayed on track though.
B: 2 protein coffees
S: 2 protein decafs
L: 3oz white fish, green peppers, celery, cucumber, hummus
S: carbmaster yogurt, grilled chicken
D: roast (that is already smelling good)
S: celery w/PB2, skinny cow ice cream sandwich
Cal: 1221, Fat: 29, Carb: 65, Prot: 174
Water: 64oz so far, Vitamins: 1st batch done
Exercise: 30 min walk, weights

Since I'm the master of the house, I have commadeered the entire lazy susan for my protein and SF syrups needs. It also holds a few other misc things WLS wise... The syrups on the counter are just the ones I use daily (cinnamon, raspberry and peppermint paddy)
I'll have to look for the mint cookie you got - that sounds good!

D - 2 ribs, 1 piece of grilled shrimp and 4 puny chicken wings and a beer
S - one more beer

I brought all food and snacks...yay...BUT...my biggest challenge is to remember to eat also lately my pouch has been tighter than usual. not sure what that's all about but hey...maybe it'll get the scale moving to get these last 10lbs off!! ppfftt....darned last 10 lbs...
S - biscotti...tee hee (2g & 170 cal)
B - oatmeal (4g & 100 cal) & egg loaf (14g & 157 cal)
S - fiber 1 cereal (2g & 60 cal)
S - protein coffee (48g & 228 cal)
L - 3 oz grilled chicken breast tenders w/salad (25g & 170 cal) broken up in 2 meals...
S - apple sauce no sugar added ones (0g & 50cal)
S - cheese stick (8g & 60 cal)
D - turkey pot pie guts only
S - ??
Protein: 103g w/o dinner totals
Calories: 895 w/o dinner totals
Vitamins: Morning and afternoon batch done. Will take last batch on drive home in 2 hrs.
Water: 96 oz DONE!!! DONE!!! The rest is all extra :)
Miles: cardio only today weather permitted....

I'll have a decaf skinny vanilla latte please!! I did buy glass jars to put my powders in on the counter so I would not have the large tubs sitting on the counter. DH asked me last night how many of the purple scoops I really needed to keep and could he throw some of them away!!

Hoping to get in close to 100 g of protein today and trying to keep the calorie count under 1000 today. I need to get those 2 pounds back off!

I've got the German Chocolate Cake and Toasted Marshmallow, too. I also have Egg Nog, English Toffee and a bunch of others. I'm going to pick up some more this week, too. We have a Cash & Carry nearby and they are only $3.89 there for both Torani and DiVinci. I usually buy a few every month. I'm having fun making up different protein shakes.
