Thank you! I'm not so sure about the "no hips"!! LOL

I lost some hair about 4 months out but my hair is ridiculously thick to begin with so I honestly did not mind. My hair has remained shiney and healthy but I'm a firm believer in Biotin and have been taking it since 3 months prior to surgery. I take the highest dosage they produce. Great for hair, nails and skin.

Hey Shammy can you tell me the brand name, dosage, price and where you buy your biotin? I don't think mine is high enough dosage (only 2500 mcg) and it's $20 for 28. Seems kinda expensive? Thanks!
