Sorry guys, was down with cold and not feeling well overall. Thanks Valley for posting

So what is your fitness plan today? For me, i am just going to take it easy and do chores. DH will be back next weekend and I'll be off work for a while. I can focus on me again and the fitness routine. 

So what are you doing today?

Sorry you were feeling bad.  There is definately some of that going around.

I have been out 2x to shovel and take care of the horses.  Does that count?  If the guys ever leave home, I can get the TV to do the Wii but with this weather, that is doubtable.

I ran 4 miles at the high school track this morning. It's crazy windy and warm (mid 50's) here today.

Today was a day of rest!  (Meaning, I worked all day.) ;)

I hope to go to ballet tomorrow am.
