So, I'm just filling in here for our girl. She must be super busy with stuff and everyone needs a break now and then.

Tonight, I popped onto the elliptical for 1 hour. I needed a good calorie burn after licking some frosting off of a cupcake at my niece's bday party today.

What did you do to burn up those calories today?

um my brain burned up all my calories!!  I had my final 2 exams today and bathed the kids.... whatta workout.. LOL!!

Worked the "mommy muscles" today while babysitting my niece all night.  Boy, I consider myself to be in good shape, but I don't carry around a toddler all that often anymore.  The biceps feel that workout!

That was it for me today, which was scheduled to be a day of rest.  Weekends usually are (since they're heavy work time for me.)

Hope y'all had good activity days, too!

I drove both ponies today, knowing that I was going to not get a chance for a few days with snow and cold moving in.  I was very sore from my floor exercise and saddle slipping adventure yesterday but am better today.  Not sure what I will do Sunday, maybe Wii, indoors.

Thank you sweetie!!!! You are the bestest. I was down with a headache and cold. This morning I woke up feeling a bit worse so I popped in some cold meds and went back to bed....jeeesh.....I guess I get cooties quickly this season but seems that they go just as quickly....make sense? I'd think with all the vitamin c and lemon water I drink, I would not get sick but oh well.

Yesterday I didn't do any fitness. I attended a training for 8 hrs and went home. Today I will be doing normal chores and that's it. Taking it easy...

I didn't make it on yesterday, but wanted to report that I did walk a 5K yesterday morning with my niece.  The Jingle Jog in Atlanta.  It was my frst ever!!
