home from surgery
Yaaay! Glad everything went well and you are home. The timer advice is excellent. It's important to get your water in and setting a timer for yourself would help you do that. One thing before I forget to tell you later...
Something that happened to me, that I later found out is very common: These first few weeks you might experience a lot of moodiness and a rollercoaster of emotions. Similar to being PMS'y or pregnant. Crying over a sappy commercial on TV, imagining that your sister or DH has made a rude comment just to hurt your feelings, etc. Just wanted you to be aware.
ooxx,
Welcome to the other side!

thanks everyone. morning seems to really be the worst. I have such excrusiating back pain when I wake up it's almost intolorable but that's just me. I've always had that after sitting around too long or sleeping too long. And forget about sleeping on my back. I never could do that. Even when I was giving birth they had to strap me down because I wouldn't lay on my back for them. then they had to nock me out. It hurt too bad. I don't know if that's a bad thing but sleeping on my back isn't happening. I'm rolling from side to stomach to the other side all night long. the pain meds make that tolorable. I'm using the treadmill and when I get a little wild I kick it up to 1.3 miles per hour! ha ha.
Everything will be great. I'm just board.
