had 2 protein teas late last night with Frangelico - its twenty degrees out !! killing frost Im afraid it got all my perpetual broccoli plants ;( just as I was singing their praises ...

protein tea this morning with Frangelico ( i know im being naughty )

i dont think im getting anything for Christmas but i DID ask for something - three pieces of inlaid antique dutch marquetry furniture - a sleigh bed , a fluted nighttable and a chest of drawers . All covered with hand cut individually inlaid flowers ... gorgeous , old , handmade , stuff i've ALWAYS dreamed of owning and available ( relatively reasonably ) ( still for more money - for one piece- than i paid for two HOMES in Asbury Park way back when lol)

Am going to a SouthHampton /Park Avenue furniture auction tomorrow shoudl come out with a few good odds n ends too .... but WE HAVE NO HOUSE

this is REALLY starting to bother me - as are new hubbys fried- food habits and constantly tempting me to be his eating buddy . He doesnt understand that models cant eat EVER yet ....

I asked for a bracelet (which has to be special ordered-child size because I have a 5 inch wrist) I'm ready, just have to do a few stocking stuffers...and all the wrapping. I plan on doing that next week while my girls are still in school. Now DD#1 and DH have that flu bug...I HATE germs. Still at 96 pounds today, I thought it was just dehydration, but I guess that day of no food actually made me lose. I'll probably balance out in a couple of days.

Cal: 1129, Fat: 29, Carb: 63, Prot: 155

No Christmas for us. There just isn't the money. Income is roughly half of what it was last year. My daughter is pretty understanding. My boyfriend will probably give her some money so she will still get something. Other kids will understand and it will save them since we don't expect anything either. Grandkids will still get spoiled.
Today we went out to lunch. My oldest son took us to Sizzler's. I got a chicken club sandwich without the bun. It came with one trip to the salad bar. I got a salad with lots of protein, hardboiled egg, cottage cheese and regular cheese. I brought home the chicken. It should make 3 meals. I can cut the grilled chicken in half for dinner and the 2 slices of bacon can be lunch tomorrow. For breakfast I had protein coffee and before bed I will probably have another hot protein drink.
