Happy Sucky day!

So today I have a ton of stuff to take care of.  It's payday so I get to spend my paycheck!  Thankfully with all the hours I put in last pay period my check is $900 more than normal!  I have to make a trip15 miles West to pay my rent and a traffic fine so I can have my DL reinstated.  Then I come back to my home town and head South 20 miles to pay the reinstatement fee and get a new DL picture and update my address......this I'm excited about since I renewed my license 2 weeks after surgery and my weight was 230 (and I didn't even lie..LOL), my hair was still very long and blonde too!  After that I have to head 30 miles East to the oral surgeon to have my tooth ripped from my head.....still don't know if it is going to be one tooth or my wisdom tooth as well....it's impacted so they aren't sure if they will take it today or wait and do sedation and take the other 2 at the same time.....I was going to go and buy a new vehicle today too but that will have to wait until middle of next week as I wont have the money until mid week.  So today is a happy day(DL picture) and a sucky one too (spending all my $$ and tooth)  The tooth has to come out since I can't even chew my food anymore it hurts so bad!  Maybe I'll get lucky and hit goal over the weekend from not being able to eat........lol  I'm seriously considering having them pull all my teeth and getting dentures!  My teeth have always been a huge problem and they just keep getting worse since surgery even though my Calcium levels are good!  I may have to do some shopping before my appointment to make myself feel better....maybe a trip to Nordstrom Rack & DSW($25 gift card burning a whole in my wallet) is in order!

Wow!  For a friday, this is turning out to be a suck suck sucky day for everyone!  I think the suck factor of your day tops us all.  I don't even have words, except to say tomorrow is another day???

Well the upside is maybe I'll get some "HAP HAP HAPPY PILLS", a new outfit and shoes!   LOL

I hope your day turns out ok! Retail therapy is definitely required today. I can't wait to get a new DL and ID. Mine both say 125 (never changed it on the way up, lol) The pictures are from when I was over 200 pounds. So people look at me funny when I get carded and think it's not me. And for the first time, the number is a lie...but in the opposite direction. You reminded me that I have to make a dentist appointment too. I will probably need my back tooth pulled because the oral surgeon chipped it when I had my wisdom teeth removed, and it is now half gone. I have never even had a cavity, the wisdom teeth were the only dental procedure I have ever had done, so it makes me nervous.

Well I do get crazy looks when people look at my ID.......It looks nothing like me.......lol

Definitely go to the dentist and have that tooth fixed before it gets like mine......broken below the gum line........OUCH!

Well I hope the shopping part of your day is fun atleast!!  I love to shop now.

I was actually glad my DL expired this year and I got to get a new picture.  We can do ours on line and use the same picture, but I said oh NO, I'm going to get my picture took!!

Well, a perfectly good day ended up being sucky for me too.  It was the first day it has been warm enough to play with the ponies so I drove Chili and prepared to ride Poppy.  I had gotten a new saddle because mine didn't fit her very wide back.  So I got the new saddle on and thought I had the girth tight, but oh dear, it wasn't.  So the saddle slipped and off I came.  The ground is much harder than it was 20 yrs ago when I was last riding.  I am so sore.  I really hate it.  Tomorrow is going to be nice then we have cold moving in again.  Shucks.  I been sitting with the heating pad but I think I'm going to go soak in the tub.  Hopefully I will at least be able to drive tomorrow cause I don't think I can put this sore butt in the saddle again.

Aw, Price!  Sorry about that.  I always forget how dangerous riding can be.  Here's hoping it's just some minor bruising that leaves you alone for good!  Like, yesterday.  ;)

And, when you say you won't put the butt back in the saddle again, you mean until it's not sore, right?  You're not giving up on riding, are you?  (I don't think you are, but can't quite tell from the way you worded it...)
