Surgery was Dec. 7th. Everything went textbook.  I came home yesterday afternoon.  I had some bouts with nausea but was able to keep everything under control.  I'm working on drinking and getting my protein in today.  I am taking just plain Tylenol for pain since I am allergic to everything else, and I'm managing it just fine.

Congratulations!!! So glad to hear you are doing well. Keep doing what you are doing, and things will go well! Get your rest and let yourself heal, but also get up and moving whenever you can!

Great, Amy!  So glad to hear from you.

Will you remind us what surgery you had?  (Maybe you could add it to your info under your picture?)

Welcome home Amy!

I have learned through this process that I am allergic to several pain meds myself, but fortunately Tylenol did well for me after the first few days.
