HELP! Christmas Dinner......& awesome left over recipe!
I'm having christmas eve dinner at my house for my family and have to come up with som meal ideas.......In my search I found this fantastic recipe for what I'm calling "HOLIDAY SOUP"......lol

So here is my challenge......I need a WLS friendly stuffing recipe......I already know I'm going to use a HIGH Protien bread in the stuffing to help balance out the carb'rificness of the stuffing.....LOL
Since I wont actually be "stuffing" the turkey I need to know how to make a good moist stuffing! Can any of you help me out? I could ask my mother who owns her own restaurant but I really want to surprise her with my ability to COOK! LOL AND I WANT HER TO SEE THAT NOT ALL "GOOD FOOD" IS BAD FOR YOU TOO!
I'm still looking for some good side dishes too!

I made the Hungry Girl stuffing for Thanksgiving and it was a hit! Even all of our MO family members loved it! Just google it. I use Healthy Life low carb bread, half whole grain high fiber (purple package) and half whole grain white (blue package). Let the bread dry out for a couple of days first, just double or triple the recipe as many times as needed. I also had to make it a couple of days in a row for different get togethers, and just a suggestion, don't use all of the liquid. It was a little watery, but the second day turned out perfect!

Thanks for being the lone reply out of 100's of views......LOL I am not sure which stuffing you are talking about can you provide the link to the exact one.......she has a couple. I did find a crockpot recipe that looks good too.
