Sorry guys.....just have to let it out.....have been on my liquid diet for 5 days now, but today was the company Christmas party....I just had to have a few tortilla chips......whew made it out alive....just had to let it go :)

No problem but you probably know how I feel about LWs having to do 2 week long liquid diets pre-op. Rock on!

dont beat your self up i cheated my surgery was the the monday right after thanksgiving 11/29/10 i cheated it felt goo i was back on track friday

Just let it go!
I had a big family wedding in the middle of my liquid diet. Had a sensible dinner and no dessert and did just fine.
Hang in there, you are almost half way there!

I wouldnt worry...... I was supposed to do a low carb diet for 2 weeks......... Um yeah that didnt go so well!!

A few chips isn't going to hurt and the fact that was all you did is commendible for sure. Surgery date, they will never know you had them.

Thank God my doctor didn't require any pre op diet or weight loss. I don't think I would have made it.
