I'm coming to the conclusion that I must have a summer weight range and a winter weight range because of swelling in the summer.  My scale is back down to my "happy" range.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Glad you are back down to your happy range.

I'm getting off at 1pm today to go get my first testosterone(?) shot!!  Then I'm going shopping, my new favorite thing to do.
Here's the plan:
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  2.6 ozs ribeye
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Wendy's Chili w/ cheese, 2 soda crackers

Vitamins:  Done
Water:  100 ozs
Miles:  Shopping this afternoon - walking and trying on clothes - that should count!!

I think walking and trying on clothes should count.  If you are like me you are walking a lot faster now...LOL

I need to get a few things for winter.  One thing I need is a new pair of jeans.  I only have one comfortable pair.

I've been doing a lot of my Christmas shopping  on line late at night when everyone goes to bed. I feel so unorganized this year. I need to sort everything I've bought and make a list.  

I finally got my Protein order in.  I am almost out of Lemon Tea.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

Are you sure you are eating enough Jody?   I think spreading my Protein out during the day keeps my body burning calories.

I am feeling totally better today! I lost over 2 pounds yesterday, so I'm at 96.0 today. I'm quite sure it is dehydtration, and I am pushing the fluids big time today. Hopefully I will get all of my food in, but I'm behind schedule already.

B: 2 protein coffees
S: 2 protein decaf coffees
L: 3oz tilapia, celery, cucumber, green peppers w/hummus
S: grilled chicken strips, celery
S: cottage cheese
D: my healthy version of chicken parmesan

I'm glad you are feeling better.  My body gets so sluggish when I don't get enough liquids in.
