Fitness Challenge - December 9
Good morning LW's.
I am posting this now so I don't get too busy and forget. DS2's concert was good...those freshmen are so darned cute!! And they were good too...very nervous but good. DS2 is an old pro at this, been playing since 5th grade sooooo he was not as nervous.
Anyways, what have you done today or plan to do? Are we all going "shopping" as our fitness plan? You know pushing and pulling through crowds may be considered as resistence training...lol Oh, and 'running' from store to store and checkouts is cardio right?

Good morning! I guess I had a 12 hour flu-bug, because I woke up at 3:45a.m. feeling a lot better. I'm definitely not 100%, but I feel so good compared to yesterday. Today is my normal workout day, so I went ahead and hopped on the treadmill. I took it a little easier than usual, but not too easy.
65 minutes intervals (950 treadmill calories)
30 push-ups
50 crunches (stomach muscles sore from puking lol, TMI)

Hi Diana!! YES - shopping counts! So I guess I got a workout last night at the mall, eh? LOL I bought 4 sweaters for myself! Place was empty - was VERY nice!
Shopping this weekend - not today. BF gets back from deer hunting in IA tonight, so I'll be over his place for the next 2 days, then back here to finish up Christmas shopping Saturday. We'll be cleaning closets out at his place (fun fun)... yea, to make room for some of my stuff!!
I noticed quite a few houses on the street by me that have Christmas lights up and I thought I might drive down the street - then realized it would be GREAT to walk it - small side street - so its very safe. We'll do that Saturday evening (he doesn't know it yet)...

3 - 15 minute walks and 50 leaning push-ups today. Cold out but not so windy...thank goodness!
