Anyways, when I am busy working, I hardly remember to do much let alone eat/drink so the menu...eh, not planned either....so it's what it is...
B - biscotti (I know I know...yummy goodness...lol) (2g & 150 cal)
L - sirloin taco salad from el pollo loco minus the rice, shell, guac, and sour cream...(?? g & ?? cal)
S - apple
S - Venti Quad Skinny Caramel Latte (15g & 160 cal) to get me through the last part of my day...
S - Protein Bar (20g & 200 cal)
D - Salad of some sort from somewhere drive thru. Boring I know...eh

Water: wait for it....wait for it....128oz today. Yes, you read that right. I have been drinking my water and maybe that is why I burned through the day without really wanting to eat/drink anything else?? hhhmmm
Miles: Working my ass off at work and tonight going to watch DS2's jazz concert at his HS. So it's gonna be a late night for sure. Maybe my dinner will be a double protein drink since I forgot to drink that today...hhhmmm....

Don't burn yourself out. Get some rest too. A vacation at home sounds nice. I have a couple days off before Christmas and I'm trying to get my shopping done so I can enjoy them.

Lunch-went out to lunch and had a dungeness crab blt salad, it had crab, bacon, egg, avacado, olives and tomatoes over lettuce. Don't know how much I ate (I even got the smaller version) but there is enough at least for dinner and probably lunch tomorrow, too. Just had a taste of the bleu cheese dressing.
Dinner-more of the dungeness crab blt salad.
Snack-Nutella hot protein drink.
