Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

I got "snacky" earlier today and decided to drink my crystal lite - amazing how when you hydrate and fill up with that, it reduces those cravings!
B - 3 scoops of choc protein in my 24 oz cup of coffee with cinnamon SF syrup
L - 1 piece of wheat bread with turkey ala king on it
D - sushi
S - SF chocolate latte
S - wine
Vits: yes
Water: yes
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I always have several Protein drinks to keep me from snacking in the afternoon. I just can't drink water or a whole glass of crystal lite.
When I read your...3 scoops....I thought WOW that's a lot of protein but I guess I put 2 in about 8 oz. of water and you use 3 times as much coffee as I do.

S: cottage cheese, string cheese, green pepper
D: taco chicken (grilled chicken with taco seasoning, black beans, corn, ff cheese)
S: celery, PB2, carbmaster yogurt
Cal: 1235, Fat: 16, Carb: 90, Prot: 184
Water: 72oz so far, Vitamins: Done, Exercise: Day off (walked 30 min on treadmill)

They had some snow flurries in a town right below us so we might get a few flurries later!!

I think I had enough Decaf Coffee today!! I'm sooo cold and trying to warm up. I'm going to have to figure out a warm protein drink other than decaf coffee...
