Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Hey Roz!  Scale isn't nice again today, but I ate popcorn last night - a WHOLE bag.  I NEVER do that... but no dinner... and I had my SF reduced PB no bake cookies.  My son had some and said they "weren't bad"... I wouldn't make them again like I did but would Dr it up....

I got "snacky" earlier today and decided to drink my crystal lite - amazing how when you hydrate and fill up with that, it reduces those cravings!

B - 3 scoops of choc protein in my 24 oz cup of coffee with cinnamon SF syrup
L - 1 piece of wheat bread with turkey ala king on it
D - sushi
S - SF chocolate latte
S - wine


Vits:  yes
Water:  yes

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

I had to buy mini bags of popcorn this time because I always finish a big bag.  It goes down so easy.

I always have several Protein drinks to keep me from snacking in the afternoon.   I just can't drink water or a whole glass of crystal lite.

When I read your...3 scoops....I thought WOW that's a lot of protein but I guess I put 2 in about 8 oz. of water and you use 3 times as much coffee as I do.

The board was busy since I logged off last night! I have a "sore" tummy this morning. Not sure if it's internal or muscular? I guess I'll find out when I go to eat lunch. I've only had protein drinks so far.

B: 2 protein coffees
S: 2 protein decaf coffees
L: hummus tuna salad on low carb tortilla, cauliflower, carrots
S: cottage cheese, string cheese, green pepper
D: taco chicken (grilled chicken with taco seasoning, black beans, corn, ff cheese)
S: celery, PB2, carbmaster yogurt

Cal: 1235, Fat: 16, Carb: 90, Prot: 184
Water: 72oz so far, Vitamins: Done, Exercise: Day off (walked 30 min on treadmill)

They had some snow flurries in a town right below us so we might get a few flurries later!!

L:  Roast Beef, Ham, Mozerella cheese, 1/4 slice bread, mushrooms, peppers
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Protein Decaf Coffee
D:  ??

I think I had enough Decaf Coffee today!!  I'm sooo cold and trying to warm up.  I'm going to have to figure out a warm protein drink other than decaf coffee...

That's probably is exciting to get snow.   We are anxious to go to Atlanta in Feb. to get away from the snow.  It's such a nice break in the middle of winter.

I love my chocolate and cinnamon in the morning.  It keeps me warm the whole way to work.

I've been having trouble posting too so I just stick with Protein and really watch my carbs.  

I'd like to get a counter like Linda uses.  Maybe I should put that on my Christmas list.
