great point, I needed that today.  Finally got below 190, been there for a few weeks now.  189.4 today babeee!  It was a good day.  I texted Maria to tell her and she said she broke hers too!!  Great lightweight day!!!

Trust me!  I get it!

I totally want to be in the 3-5 lbs a week category.  Just for a few more weeks.  If only my body would do exactly what I ask of it...

In fact, if EVERYTHING would just operate the way I want it to...
