How much would you weigh...
...if you lost 3-5 lbs a week for a year?
My NUT asked us this in our last support group.
OK, do the math for a minute, LWs. (The calculation is less helpful for those who've started off with higher BMIs, but if that's you, just up the # to an appropriate # like 10 lbs a week...)
Now smile.
Many of these "stalls" are our bodies' ways of protecting us!
Enjoy your day, LWs!

Wow - that certainly puts it in another light! I guess sometimes it's hard for us to remember that what is important is that we get there - not how quickly, not if our journey is slower/faster than others. I know those stalls we go through can be very painful - I have had a couple already. But really, I am a success! I love my WLS.
If I lost 3 pounds a week for a year, I would weigh 60 pounds. If I lost 5 pounds a week for a year, I would weigh -44 pounds.
While I'm hoping I'm one of those people that loses weight easily and then has to eat whatever they want to be able to maintain weight, I'm definitely hoping I stay above 60 pounds, haha.
