Congratulations and good for you! Lots of people have had problems with insurance companies. It's so sad that they are the way they are.

 Congratulations!! I had a fight, too, to get what I needed. Persistence and a good attitude work wonders (not to mention letters, insurance companies hate stuff in writing).
