Flu Season

Try getting your D3 levels up close to 100 or so. That usually keeps the flu away. Worked for my son for the past 2 years at school and you know how a flu bug can spread in a dorm environment.

Good luck!

Thanks everyone, feeling better today but still a little off. I haven't had any problems since day one and this ODD feeling in my stomach just has me a little worried. No temp, or anything.
Gina~ explain the D3 levels to me please! That has been the hardest thing for me,
with having Surgery in Mx..all I have is the paper work to go by with what I should be doing. I have a great lady to email, who helps the DR out, but sometimes I am not sure If I am understanding everything that I should be doing with Vitamins and such...mostly the time line/schedule what and when not to have to close to another one...
